About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you/'ll directly assist clients with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes. We are looking for dedicated and passionate people to join our team to deliver support to our clients where and when it/'s needed most.
Your Responsibilities 
- Transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as required
- Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene
- Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management
- Basic wound care and self medication
- Domestic support (meal preparation, household duties and laundry)
- Community access (driving to appointments and social activities)
About You 
- Are excellent listeners and communicate authentically
- Can work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings and overnights available)
- Hold a current driver/'s licence and have a reliable vehicle
- Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards
- Are experienced in the field, and/or hold relevant qualifications.
