An established not-for-profit provider in the Hunter region is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement across a values-driven aged care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Produce monthly management reports
• Develop financial models to support decision-making
• Support cost-benefit analysis and cost control initiatives
• Partner with operational managers to improve financial performance
• Contribute to cross-functional and continuous improvement projects
About You:
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
• 4+ years' management accounting experience
• Exposure to the not-for-profit and/or aged care sector (highly regarded)
• Strong reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with enterprise finance systems, Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines
