Field Media Specialist

This role involves working on existing contracts to provide support for the following services:
* Detailed analysis and proposals
* Product assessment and design
* Developing learning materials to meet customer needs
* Creating learning packages and content to support customer requirements
* Implementing training solutions
* Evaluating training and providing effective solutions
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing blended training material with product content for online or instructor-led delivery
* Converting technical information into product instructions and manuals
* Supporting the implementation of training content
* Evaluating training content against workforce and instructor requirements
* Establishing and operating cameras for capturing still and video footage aligned with training materials
* Editing video footage using media tools to create professional media products
* Recording and editing audio to support training content
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in photography and videography
* Proficiency in Adobe editing products, such as Photoshop or relevant software
* Knowledge of audio editing software
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
* Effective written and oral communication skills to provide reports and briefings to customers
