Criteria
* Strong skills in delivery, design development and construction documentation, managing the delivery process whilst carrying design intent
* Time management skills to coordinate and complete established project objectives within predetermined timeframes
* People and communication skills to utilize within internal collaborative environments, consultant coordination and client liaison
* Ability to provide guidance to junior staff and those reporting to you
* Revit native with excellent skills - essential for hands on contribution as required and documentation overview
About you
* Strong experience in Multi Residential to reflect current pipeline
* 8-15 years of studio experience in Australian architecture
* Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
* A positive and committed attitude
* NSW Registration preferred however not essential
