Receptionist for leading multi franchise professional dealership to operate their busy dealership switchboard. The Receptionist position plays an important role in the image of the dealership and requires someone with a professional and customer focussed manner.
About the Role
Reporting to the Company Financial Controller, the role will involve:
- Switchboard operation (main duty)
- Concise message relay to staff
- Clear voice over on Dealership microphone to inform staff of calls
- Data entry and letter folding
- General administration duties
- Opportunity for further duties based on experience
Hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm

Skills and experience 
- Previous experience operating a busy switchboard
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel
- A commitment to quality customer service
- Punctual, polite and professional presentation
Previous dealership experience highly beneficial
