About the Role:
Olivine is a wine bar like no other, set in the original cells we are currently seeking a dynamic Head Sommelier to support the Bar Manager and team in this venue. The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
At least 2 years' experience working in the hospitality industry
Passion for the wine industry
In depth knowledge of wine and spirits
Basic skills in supplying, dispensing, and mixing liquor
Exceptional service skills and guest focused
Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships and being a part of a high-performing team
Organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
WSET qualifications are advantageous
Must possess a valid Victorian RSA certificate
