In this role, you'll:
Delivers operational system administration and user support across Talent systems to ensure Talent and Performance platforms are maintained effectively and operate reliably. The role focuses on the day-to-day operation of Talent systems, including system support, configuration and testing, user assistance, BAU system and reporting activities, and process enhancements.
* Provide user support, including troubleshooting system issues, managing access, and responding to enquiries
* Perform system administration activities, including workflows, configuration requests, and coordination of key cyclical activities (e.g. performance and talent processes)
* Support system changes, including testing and implementation activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues and service requests within agreed timeframes
* Maintain system data integrity and quality, ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting system and process enhancements

About you
You are an experienced HR Talent Systems Administrator looking to make a difference at Transport for NSW.
You will have previous HRIS systems experience (SuccessFactors desirable, but not essential). You will have strong technical knowledge of HR systems and how system administration is delivered to support core HR business processes. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* HR systems experience (SuccessFactors desirable)
* Experience supporting HR systems or system administration activities
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support users effectively
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
* Proactive work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication skills
