Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition the core responsibility of this role is to partner with recruiting managers to find talent for current vacancies and our talent pipeline Get ready to think creatively, work strategically, and make your mark at a leading global retailer.

- Providing professional and tailored end to end recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain top talent in the market for both retail and HQ roles (where needed)
- In partnership with the District Managers of their district and/or applicable Store Manager be responsible for the hiring of the retail leadership team, this applies to all store management, specialist and field roles
- Talent pipelining for each districts field, SM and ASM roles to support succession planning activities
- Promoting our global EVP to internal and external talent
- Supporting the effective and efficient on-boarding of all new hires in your remit.
- Supporting the effective and efficient offboarding of all departing employees in your remit
- Participating in monthly reporting to analyze business trends across your roles, such as TA metrics, turnover, and talent KPI's
**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
- Proven experience in retail or FMCG recruitment
- Experience managing high volume and specialised role recruitment campaigns.
- Flexibility to travel as required for recruitment support and activities, nationally and internationally
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven project management skills
- Creates a diverse and inclusive culture
- Ability to manage competing priorities
