About the role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will:
* Identify organisations that align with TEDxPerth s objectives and values.
* Engage with a diverse range of organisations, from startups to established enterprises.
* Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies that benefit all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
* Sponsorship Sales: Lead the charge in securing sponsorships for TEDxPerth.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting partnerships.
* Negotiation: Craft win-win agreements that serve both TEDxPerth and our partners.
* Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for TEDxPerth in all professional interactions.
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales and partnership development.
* A well-established professional network across various industries.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A sales-driven mindset with a strong drive to identify and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
