About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the customer service team, providing training, support, and performance management.

* Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
* Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey.
* Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
* Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies with a strong focus on automation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
