We are currently looking for an experienced Chef and Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team.
Chef Position – Lu Mare
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Chef with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for food. You will work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver consistent, high quality dishes while maintaining an efficient and well organised kitchen.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef is essential
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Proven ability to work well within a team and alongside the Head Chef
* Confidence managing a section independently is recommended
* Available to work evenings and weekends
* Passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times
* Manage stock control and ensure proper storage of food and supplies
* Work closely with Managers on food preparation and operational matters
* Ensure accuracy, consistency and speed of service
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service demands
Kitchen Hand Position – Lu Mare
We are also looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team.
Requirements
* Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Must hold a valid visa with full work rights
