Key Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys for subdivision/infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Use AutoCAD and 12D software to produce detailed drawings, designs, and reports. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Maintain and update survey data, records, and documentation. Collaborate with team members to solve complex survey-related challenges. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Surveyor, particularly in subdivision/infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12D software. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
