**Job Opportunity: Organizational Development Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to act as organizational development liaison and advisor to our leadership, facilitating initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will plan, develop, implement, and administer HR programs for employees, aiming to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects.
* Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters, conducting needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
* Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance, reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
* Develops and designs programs to enhance our culture and engagement as per our business strategy.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in a Training or OD role.
* Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy.
* Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy, identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
