The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CMO/Emergency Physician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor with emergency medicine experience to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, supported by a strong clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based emergency and urgent care to patients.
* Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions.
* Collaborate with nursing and administration staff to ensure seamless patient care.
* Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and training activities when necessary.
* Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-focused outcomes.
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
* Fellowship with ACEM (FACEM) or equivalent highly desirable.
* Strong clinical skills in emergency and urgent care.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
