Impact HR Group is recruiting for a client launching a new plunge pool manufacturing site in Queensland. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a clear pathway into Site Manager as the operation grows.
About the Role
Lead and run the onsite construction team
Build free‐standing plunge pools from framework to completion
Install fittings, cladding, and decking
Factory‐based role (all work completed in‐house)
Occasional external warranty work
Light paperwork, stocktakes, and quality control
No grinding onsite
Growth & Progression
New QLD site with increasing production demand
6-9 month plan to shift 30‐40% of construction operations to QLD
Opportunity to build and grow a construction team
Clear progression into a full Site Manager role
One week of paid training in Newcastle
About You
Trade background (Carpenter / Chippy highly desirable)
Experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor
Cert IV in Building or Construction a plus
Strong hands‐on construction or manufacturing experience
Confident leading teams and maintaining quality standards
Pool experience not required
