Overview
As a Registered Nurse in Ward 7A – Infectious Diseases & Endocrinology at Logan Hospital, you will provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care for patients with complex health needs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to achieve best patient outcomes.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care across a 24/7 acute care ward.
* Support and contribute to quality improvement, education, research and evidence-based practice.
* Exercise accountability, autonomy and clinical leadership while supporting junior staff and students.
About You
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills in acute nursing, with an interest or experience in infectious diseases and endocrinology.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating leadership, integrity and respect.
* Commitment to lifelong learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement in patient care.
