About the Team
You'll be joining a highly engaged, performance-driven team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like?
As a Branch Manager, you will lead all operational activities within the branch to ensure the timely and effective delivery of cash management and logistics services to our customers. You'll create a high-performance culture, drive efficiency, and inspire your team to achieve business outcomes safely and professionally. Key areas include:
* Leading and motivating branch teams to deliver operational excellence
* Driving compliance with all statutory, audit, and WHS requirements
* Overseeing customer service delivery and managing key relationships
* Monitoring operational performance, reporting on results, and identifying improvement opportunities
* Managing staffing, rostering, and workforce development to meet service and financial goals
