Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering controls testing across transformation and uplift initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for team and stakeholder issues.
- Drive delivery against critical program timelines.
- Provide structure, direction and stability to a transitioning team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance and the business.
- Ensure consistent execution across testing and BAU activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven people leadership experience within risk, controls, or operational risk.
- Ability to lead through change and rebuild team engagement.
- Strong track record of delivering outcomes under pressure.
- Experience in financial services (banking preferred, but not essential).
- Background in controls, risk or governance environments.
- Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
