About the Role:

* Coordinate daily priorities with the Chef de Partie to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Work in the kitchen as directed, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure timely and efficient work completion, minimizing wastage at all times.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to hotel standards.
Key Accountabilities:

7. Act on behalf of the Chef de Partie if absent, maintaining continuity in kitchen operations.
8. Perform general or specialized cooking duties, supervising other kitchen staff.
9. Follow all standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
10. Promote a learning and professional environment, fostering harmonious relationships within the team.
11. Maintain knowledge of food products, ingredients, and preparation methods.
12. Comply with hotel policies and procedures, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
