Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate educational leader to join our vibrant school community as the Head of Department (Curriculum). This exciting leadership role offers the opportunity to shape whole-school curriculum and teaching practices across Prep – Year 6.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the systematic delivery of the Australian Curriculum, ensuring alignment of curriculum, assessment and reporting.
* Develop high-quality teaching and learning across Prep – Year 6, while performing all core responsibilities of the Head of Department (Curriculum).
* Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the curriculum areas or whole-school program to achieve goals.

* Sophisticated interpersonal, analytical and strategic skills to lead change, inspire and engage stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff to drive excellence in teaching and learning aligned with the Department's strategic direction.
* Highly regarded Special Education Program, an Early Childhood Developmental Centre for young learners and a Responsible Thinking Program, and extensive extracurricular offerings from music and sports to technology and extension programmes.
