Junior Property Manager (Short-Term Rentals + Quality Control / Field Support)
Casual Position – 2–3 days per week (with pathway to full-time)

As our business expands, we are introducing a hybrid position that blends Junior Property Management with Quality Control and Field Operations, ideal for someone who wants variety, growth and hands‑on experience.
About the Role
This is a casual role (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position for the right person.
You will support the day-to-day management of our short-term rental properties while also conducting field inspections, assisting with owner onboarding, and representing AirKeeper during open homes and client meetings.
You must have your own reliable vehicle, and all work-related travel will be fully reimbursed .
This role is hybrid: Office-based tasks, On-the-road inspections / property visits / client support. No two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management (Junior PM Duties)
* Assist with onboarding new properties and ensuring STRA and compliance requirements
* Build strong relationships with property owners
* Support daily property management tasks including maintenance, guest communication escalations
* Monitor cleaning issues and follow up with suppliers
* Manage escalated guest concerns with professionalism
* Help manage reviews and guest feedback
* Assist with after-hours and weekend operations as needed (rotating support)
Quality Control & Field Support
* Conduct regular property inspections and complete detailed digital reports
* Check TVs, air conditioners, appliances, kitchen inventory, lighting, BBQs, gas bottles and more
* Maintain QC spreadsheets and log km travelled, hours worked and tasks completed
* Carry out work orders and coordinate contractors
* Deliver amenities, guest hampers, event setups
* Assist with onboarding inspections and basic styling
* Represent AirKeeper at open homes, inspections and owner meetings
About You
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident, professional and solutions-focused
* Able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Reliable car + full driver's licence (essential)
* Comfortable driving around throughout the day
* Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Police Check (can be completed before start date)
* Background in hospitality, real estate, retail, customer service, or operations is highly regarded
