Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in business practices and system behavior.

* Develop project plans using solid project-management methodologies, estimating cost, time, and resources required.

* Take responsibility for the deployment of functional solutions, including creating and executing system test plans to uphold quality and system integrity.

* Produce user and training documentation, and deliver formal training sessions as needed.

* Create functional specifications and modeling artifacts (e.g., data/process modeling) to guide system design and software development.

* Act as a central reference point, providing guidance in system-related decision-making.

* Work closely with programming teams to drive improvements in website, application, and system functionality.

Requirements:

o Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

o Minimum of 3 years experience relevant to the role.

o Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.

o Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

o Skilleted in producing clear technical documentation, specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

o Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
