About the Role
Position: Boilermaker – 2:1 Roster
Location: Sino Iron Ore, Cape Preston (FIFO from Perth)
Employment Type: Full-time
To be eligible for the role, you must possess the following:
* Good knowledge and experience in working in a complex environment
* High level of commitment to safety and safe work practices
* Able to work as part of an extended team and unsupervised
* Minimum 1-2 years' work experience as a Boilermaker (experience in mining/resources sector highly desirable)
* Maintenance experience on fixed plant equipment/heavy machinery
* Ability to work in extreme heat (50 degrees)
Qualifications / Certificates:
* Trade Certificate – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)
* Valid Elevated Work Platform / HRWL – WP
* Valid Working Safely at Heights / Confined Spaces Ticket
* White Card
* Current WA Drivers Licence
* Applicants holding additional High Risk Work Licence classifications will be highly regarded
Applicants will be required to:
* Undertake and pass Pre-Employment Medical before commencement
* Be clean shaven & work wearing a P2 Respiratory Mask
