**What do you do?**
- Act as the Chairman's point of contact, to facilitate the optimal use of their time.
- Diary management, travel and secretariat services
- Managing, preparing and reviewing high-level communications
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between the business Operational teams and the Chairman
- Conduct market research and update marketing collateral as required
- Prepare adhoc reports and summaries as required by the Chairman from time to time
- Arrange events and functions when required
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
**What do you need**:
- 2+ years experience as a PA/EA
- High attention to detail & diligence
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Xero
- You must be an ambitious & business-oriented person
- Available after hours when required
- A bright & personable disposition
- Knowledge/ experience in property is highly desirable but not necessary
