They work closely with children with autism, developmental delays, and communication challenges, helping them build confidence, communication skills, and social participation in meaningful everyday environments. With a strong focus on collaboration, family-centred care, and creativity, their team is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of children and families across Melbourne. About the role: Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide therapy services to children aged 1–15 years across home, community, and group settings throughout Melbourne Metro. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working within the community, values flexibility, and is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals through engaging and play-based approaches.
