Reporting to the Executive Chef, this offers an exciting opportunity to learn, create and grow in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment. If your passionate about food, eager to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and hungry to build a career in the culinary world, this is your moment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Working alongside experienced chefs across our hotel kitchens and venues
* Learning essential culinary skills, food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
* Assisting with service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation
* Contributing to a creative, supportive and energetic team environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry
* Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills
* Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Eligibility to undertake a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship in Australia
No previous kitchen experience required—just enthusiasm and commitment.
