About This Role
We're looking for a professional with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.
This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You'll be the face of our organisation in our Bundaberg branch, working closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team to deliver exceptional service.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for helping people and a proactive approach to finding solutions to customer issues. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services, is highly desirable. Exposure to consumer lending is also a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their current and future goals
* Matching customers with the right banking solutions to meet their needs
* Managing loan maintenance requests to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for customers
* Identifying opportunities for referrals to specialist teams to provide comprehensive support to customers
* Maintaining regular contact with new and existing customers to deepen relationships and drive retention
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in consumer lending, with structured training in lending fundamentals and a clear pathway towards becoming a Lending Specialist.
