We are seeking experienced Community Mental Health Nurses to join our dedicated team working across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Youth Mental Health in stunning regional Western Australia.
As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing case management, assessment, and treatment planning for young people with complex mental health needs
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, recovery-focused care
* Offering outreach and community-based support to enhance engagement and continuity of care
* Liaising with schools, families, and community organisations to promote positive mental health outcomes

Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (advantageous)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience in CAMHS, Youth Mental Health, or Community Mental Health settings
* Strong clinical assessment, case management, and communication skills
* A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people and families

Accommodation is available for the duration of your contract along with travel allowances. Contract lengths are 3 - 6 months, with a view to extend.
Locations are in regional towns throughout Western Australia so the ability to be able to travel is essential.
