Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist / Administration Officer to join their busy office located in North Fremantle. This is a full‐time, temporary‐to‐permanent role supporting a membership organisation, offering the chance to work in a fast‐paced environment with a clear career progression. This role is for an immediate start.
What you'll be doing
* Providing efficient administrative and project support for membership operations
* Processing new member joins quickly and accurately
* Contacting unfinancial members to update their details or rejoin
* Maintaining membership records and data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Supporting activities with up‐to‐date lists and reports
* Answering phones, emails, and managing daily correspondence
* Assisting members with general enquiries and benefits
* Performing general office duties including filing, printing, mailing, and scheduling
* Attending meetings and providing administrative assistance as required
* Following training to use membership systems and developing communication templates
What you'll need
* 3+ years' administration experience
* Experience working in a fast‐paced environment with short deadlines
* Previous use of CRM systems
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Experience handling phones and outbound communications
* Excellent attention to detail and record‐keeping
* Ability to plan and prioritise daily and weekly tasks
* Full working rights in Australia
