About the Role
This is a great opportunity to lead reliability engineering strategies across all sites. As the Reliability Engineer Lead, you will be an expert driving equipment performance, reducing downtime and embedding World Class Maintenance principles.
* Standardize and Govern Maintenance Processes – Establish and enforce consistent maintenance standards and audit mechanisms across all sites.
* Build Capability and Embed World Class Maintenance – Deploy WCM principles and lead structured training programs, mentoring and competency assessments.
* Optimize Data-Driven Decision Making – Enhance use of LineView and Maximo to deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics for proactive maintenance.
* Optimize Spare Parts and Reliability Strategy – Develop risk-based spare parts strategies and integrate Early Equipment Management principles.
* Deliver Action-Oriented Reporting and Insights – Create dashboards and reports that drive corrective actions and proactive decision-making.
About You
* 5–10 years senior reliability or maintenance leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
* Proven experience in Lean principles and TPM.
* Strong data analytical and strategic problem-solving skills (RCA FMECA corrective actions).
* Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
* High-level process improvement and stakeholder engagement skills.
