Purpose:
Responsible for training and assessing students in Global Training products, ensuring a high-quality learning experience and supporting student progress and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training programs according to course structure and best practices.
* Assess and provide feedback on student assignments (approximately 17 papers per month).
* Use the learning management system (LMS) and email to communicate with students and stakeholders.
* Guide students in accessing and using learning resources effectively.
* Monitor student progress and report issues (learning difficulties, welfare concerns, or lack of progress) to the Training Development Lead.
* Collaborate to improve training and assessment materials.
* Participate in assessment moderation and ensure consistency and quality of assessments.
* Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in the LMS.
* Support process improvements in training delivery and administration.
* Comply with workplace health, safety, and compliance policies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma of Education or higher (preferred).
* Industry-based qualifications relevant to the courses being assessed.
* Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in training and assessment in an educational setting.
