The Commis Chef will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our culinary team, the ideal candidate will possess a passion for presentation and dedication to flavour.
* Each meal must be visually appealing and full of flavour, adhering to presentation standards while adding signature flair.
* Monitor kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in order and minimizing waste.
* Keep the kitchen exceptionally clean, complying with cleanliness and hygiene regulations.
* Provide help with dishwashing and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
* Prior experience as a Commis Chef at a luxury hotel is preferred.
* Mandatory certifications include Food and Safety Certificate.
* Passion for providing luxury experiences.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene.
* An organized approach and ability to handle large amounts of information.
* Good communication and writing skills.
