Modus Operandi (how we sell) – We attend highly qualified and confirmed set in the home appointments, we do a measure and quote, handle objections and we close on the day, because if we don’t, the next competitor to quote will close the deal. The ideal salesperson for this job – Salespeople who are working for a company selling any building industry product, where the modus operandi is selling via in home appointments; to do a measure and quote; handle objections and close on the day. Your office location – 100% on the road, you work from your own home. *Your territory - North of Grand Junction Road all the way to the Barossa Valley* Where you need to live to be considered for this job – Anywhere inside North of Grand Junction Road all the way to the Barossa Valley. Order Processing - Submit your orders electronically as you get them. Weekly Reporting – At the end of the week, send me a text with the number of sales made & dollar value and ………………well, that’s it. Office time – Zero Long boring sales meetings – Zero Short and Fun Sales Meetings – Once a month. Why you must attend the fun sales meetings – We have Beer. Marketing – We use all avenues with respect to marketing from television, radio ads and all the mediums of digital marketing. We schedule 6 set appointments for you each day, Monday to Friday. All YOUR appointments will be in the North of Grand Junction Road all the way to the Barbarossa valley. Your appointment schedule is emailed to you the day prior. To ensure that you don’t waste any of your valuable time or make any unnecessary trips. On the day of the appointments, you send a short text or place a quick call when you’re on your way to each of the 6 confirming their attendance BASE Salary and Super – $70,000 plus 12% super and uncapped commissions earning potential is insane when you attend 132 set appointments a month. Earning potential our best guy in SA pulled in $240,000 in 2024-2025 financial year and he had a 1 week cold and sniffles half way through June. At what point do you earn commission? Order to Deposit /and your commission to manufacture to install AND Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes –Although we much prefer that you take the $70,000 plus super salaried option, YES if you prefer we can pay into your ABN, and YES, you can opt for 100% commission at a much, much higher rate if that’s the best way to keep your "Ex" off your back.
