What You'll Do
* Provide expert agronomic advice in crop planning, nutrition, pest and weed management, and sustainable practices.
* Develop tailored farm plans that boost productivity, profitability, and soil health.
* Build trusted relationships with long-term external clients.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic team environment.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
* 3–5+ years' experience in broadacre cropping agronomy (dryland cropping highly regarded).
* Deep technical knowledge of crop nutrition, protection, soil health, and integrated pest management.
* Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
* Experience mentoring or leading junior agronomists (desirable).
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for identifying new opportunities.
* Enthusiasm for technology, data, and continuous learning.
