Business Partner is a vital role within any organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic growth and development across the business unit.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. A deep understanding of HR principles and practices is essential, as well as experience in talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, conflict management, organizational development, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering Approach: Provide HR strategic, advisory, and operational support to managers and employees across the employment lifecycle.
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support business unit objectives.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with business leaders as a trusted advisor and business partner.
* Data Analysis: Provide HR data and analytics to executives and management to inform decision-making.
* Leadership Development: Coach and support managers and employees in leadership development and performance management.
* Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and guide probationary reviews; manage contracting processes and related terms and conditions.
* Performance Management: Coach and guide managers on performance management to promote a high-performance culture.
* Retention Opportunities: Analyze exit data and identify retention opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and coaching and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
