Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Purchasing and Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with expertise in product availability, procurement, and inventory control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective planning and purchasing strategies, ensuring optimal product availability across multiple sites. This role will support the Supply Chain Manager in executing operational planning processes, while collaborating closely with internal teams, warehouses, and external partners.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Product Availability Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, managing stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
* Procurement Management: Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchasing, receipt, and payment of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Inventory Control: Implement efficient inventory management systems, monitoring and reporting on stock levels, trends, and discrepancies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide regular updates on product availability, coordinate with logistics teams on delivery schedules, and collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and forecasting.
