About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator supports the day‐to‐day operations of facilities management across the national portfolio. The role works closely with the National Facilities Lead (Retail) and the broader team to ensure all sites are maintained to a high standard, compliant, and operating efficiently. The position involves analytical thinking, multitasking, and regular site inspections across multiple sites throughout the year. It also includes coordination of maintenance activities, strong administrative and reporting support, and budgetary assistance.
Primary Responsibilities
* Assist the team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives to meet KPI.
* Manage key stakeholder trackers via Excel and engage in communication and relationship coordination.
* Provide general facility management services and continuous monitoring of offices/facilities within Corrigo.
* Use analytical thinking to improve processes.
* Ensure strong communication, connection and support with stakeholders.
* Provide direction and information to vendors, FM team and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption.
* Properly and effectively administer and maintain all systems.
* Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting.
* Assist with anticipating, researching, analysing and reporting on budget variances and explanations.
* Schedule and conduct site inspections for multiple sites as required.
* Maintain basic knowledge of property compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
* Associate's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field (Bachelor's preferred).
* Superior customer‐service skills and orientation with location and client team.
* Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
* Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
* Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
