Job Description
* Manage and provide advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues effectively and professionally.
* Work on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct investigations and manage grievances in a fair and timely manner.
* Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary processes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of HR and ER activities.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful ER-focused Human Resources Professional Should Have
* Experience in Employee Relations (ER) within the Energy & Natural Resources industry or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and workplace regulations.
* Track record working on site
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
* Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* passion for data driven decisions will be highly regarded.
