Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a role will be available; however, it ensures we have your information on file when opportunities arise.All Swim, Sport & Leisure staff must hold a valid employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
RolesLifeguard — Ensure the safety and enjoyment of aquatic patrons.
Maintain high standards of pool supervision and safety compliance.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard QualificationLearn to Swim Teacher — Teach and assess swimming programs for all ages.
Engage positively with students and families.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, Swim Teacher LicenseCustomer Service — Be the welcoming face of our centres.
Assist with memberships, bookings, and enquiries.
Essential: WWCC, CPRScreening, Program Design & Gym Sessions — Screen, assess, and create personalised programs; Deliver gym floor sessions.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Cert III (or higher) in FitnessCoaching / Referee — Coach or officiate sports programs in a safe, inclusive environment.
Build participation and enjoyment for all skill levels.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Relevant Coaching AccreditationLocationsRoles may be available at Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre, Norlane ARC, Leisurelink, Splashdown, Kardinia Aquatic Centre, Lara Aquatic Centre, North Bellarine Aquatic Centre, and Leisuretime Sports Precinct.Other significant informationChild Safety — We are a child-safe organisation with zero tolerance for child abuse.
