Offering technical leadership to the electrical engineering services team.Leading and contributing to the preparation of proposals and technical reports.Providing engineering support across offices in NT, QLD, VIC, and WA.Mentoring junior team members.Assisting with business development activities.Driving innovation in systems thinking and contributing to improvements in project delivery and quality processes.This is a key role within the engineering team and integral to the future growth of our client's national business.About you5+ years' experience in electrical engineering.Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC.Proven experience in the technical design of building services.Skills in preparing designs, specifications, reports, calculations, drawings, cost estimations, and schedules.Proficiency with electrical and lighting design software such as Powercad and AGI/DIALux.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a national team.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Willingness to undertake short-term work in remote/regional locations.A solutions-focused mindset with the drive to improve processes and systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.Desire to be part of a collaborative and hard-working team.Highly regarded attributesCPEng or equivalent qualification.State-based engineering registration.Experience in the Queensland market.Experience in high voltage primary and secondary systems design.Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.The added benefitsFlexible working arrangements.Paid volunteer time off.Company-wide paid days off.Purchased leave options.Interstate "office exchange" opportunities.Family-friendly culture.Profit sharing.Robust team spirit and collaboration.About our client's approachAt HK Solutions, solving problems is more than a task — it's their calling.
