You Will Need:
* A strong commitment to Catholic Education and Catholic Identity;
* Accreditation to teach Religious Education or willingness to obtain;
* The ability to plan and implement engaging and effective teaching aligned with the Victorian Curriculum;
* A commitment to understanding how learners learn and to targeting individual needs;
* Ability to use various assessment strategies and analyze data to inform student learning;
* Positive, realistic, and creative strategies for managing student behavior and adhering to school practices;
* The ability to provide a safe and engaging learning environment;
* Willingness to be an active member of the St Mary's professional community, committed to ongoing personal and professional development;
* Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;
* Understanding of AITSL standards and professional teacher expectations;
* Commitment to VRQA Child Safe Standards and Practices.
