We're proud of brands, like COLORBOND steel that inspire and protect everything from hospitals to bridges andstadiums.The OpportunityOur Western Port Manufacturing facility is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader in our Maintenance team based in Hastings.As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products Portfolio, we have four major manufacturing sites at Western Port which operate 24 x 7 and deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to export and domestic customers.Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will be leading a crew of up to 10 members comprising of technical specialists and electrical trades.
Leading a multi-skilled electrical team to ensure operational productivity and asset preservation targets are achieved, you'll provide technical expertise on challenges with our equipment and manage the team's success through their performance and productivity to ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.In addition to your core duties, the role carries functional responsibilities that include active participation in site-wide electrical safety and compliance committees.
You will also provide technical expertise and support in the planning, execution, and delivery of new capital development projects.What Will You Do?
