Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and motivated Branch Manager to join our team, based out of our Townsville Branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership
* Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability
* Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff
* Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
* Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties
Your Skills and Experience
* An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
* People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI’s
* Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
* Excellent communication with the ability to engage with customers
* Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
* OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
