## People and Culture Services CoordinatorApplylocations: Melbourne, Victoriatime type: Casualposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: July 1, 2026 (27 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR101642**People & Culture Services Coordinator****Are you looking for your next challenge?** The Australian Venue Co. family is looking for a motivated **People & Culture Services Coordinator** to join our **People & Culture Services** team on an initial **six-month fixed-term contract**, with a view to extend or become permanent.Reporting to the **HR Services & Systems Manager**, this role will support first-level HR queries, HR administration, onboarding, employment contract generation, compliance, and HR system maintenance. Experience using HR systems, particularly **Workday**, will also be viewed favourably.**What will your job duties involve?** • Providing frontline HR support to managers and team members • Preparing onboarding documentation and employment contracts for new starters • Supporting right-to-work, visa, and compliance checks • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR system data is accurate • Supporting Workday administration, system updates, and data maintenance • Assisting with audits, reporting, and data checks • Supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle • Assisting with company initiatives and process improvement activities**How do you apply?** Apply now via Seek or visit our careers page.
