Job Description Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services.
We operate a fleet of jet aircraft.
From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
As the new Accounts Officer, your role will encompass the collation and processing of supplier invoices, maintaining records, data entry, filing, and financial accounting.
You will be responsible for general administration of invoices, internal registers, and other duties such as stationery ordering, stock management, and communication regarding building maintenance and repairs, as well as processing staff expense claims.
Additionally, you will need experience using Concur, applying your knowledge to aid in the implementation process when this program is rolled out.
To be successful in this role you'll have – 5 years' experience in an administration role Experience using Concur, with the ability to assist in testing during the implementation stages Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline High level of attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in MYOB software (Desirable) Proficiency in Oracle software (Desirable) Strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
