You\'ll work at head office in Darwin and travel to regional stores, partnering with internal teams and major suppliers to deliver the right product, at the right price, in the right place - every time.What You'll Be DoingLead category planning, product selection, and supplier negotiations across food, grocery, and general merchandise.Build long-term partnerships with major distributors like Coles, Woolworths, Bidfoods, Metcash, and more.Review pricing integrity, manage promotional planning, and ensure margin targets are met.Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to ensure stock is delivered in full, on time, and on budget.Support store teams with core range implementation and product performance insights.Travel to remote store locations to assess stock, gather feedback, and build relationships.What You'll Bring3+ years in a buying, procurement, or category role (retail/FMCG/grocery/wholesale).
