With consistent upcoming work across civil and industrial projects, we're offering genuine long-term opportunities — not just short-term shutdown roles.
Whether you're an established Leading Hand or a strong Carpenter ready to step up, we want to hear from you. If you've been informally leading crews, mentoring apprentices, or running sections of work — this is your chance to formalise that next move.
Skills & Experience Required
* Trade-qualified Carpenter with solid site experience
* Leading Hand experience or demonstrated capability to step into the role
* Strong understanding of formwork and concreting fundamentals
* Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
* Commitment to safety and positive team leadership
* Construction White Card
* Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
