About the Role
Carpenters and trade assistants will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality modular buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake general carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, and fitting out interiors.
* Assist with the assembly and installation of modular buildings and structures.
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on existing buildings and facilities.
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
* Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards on site.
Requirements:
* Qualified carpenter or trade assistant with experience in the construction industry.
* Strong carpentry skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Experience working as part of a fast-paced construction team.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
