We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our clients in Dandenong South. The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Set up, operate, and monitor tablet compression and capsule filling machinery safely and efficiently, following GMP and SOP guidelines. Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and maintain product flow through to packing. Ensure product quality meets specifications and complete related documentation Collaborate with teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Handling Shift times will be as follows: Day Shift: 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM About You: Minimum 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical settings Skilled in operating industrial machinery in FMCG environment Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards Strong English literacy and computer skills A team player with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions Why Join Us?
