The Role

As Workshop Coordinator, you will:

* Drive a strong Health & Safety culture with a lead-by-example approach
* Manage stores operations including inward goods, dispatch, and invoice receipting
* Mentor apprentices, semi-skilled, and experienced tradespeople—developing capability across the team
* Identify training needs, manage performance, and support HR with staffing, development, and retention
* Contribute to budgets, cost control, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support company growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships

What Success Looks Like

* You'll be measured on your ability to:

* Retain and develop a skilled, engaged workforce
* Support business growth and client satisfaction

What You'll Bring

* Fabrication trade qualification (Boilermaker/welder)
* Proven workshop or operations management experience
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Ability to engage confidently from shop floor to senior management
* Project management capability and commercial awareness
* Quality and productivity focused mindset
* Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); CAD skills advantageous but not essential
* A proactive attitude with the ability to see opportunities beyond the initial job scope

Why Join Us?

* A senior, influential role with real autonomy
* Opportunity to shape systems, standards, and team capability
* Work closely with leadership in a growing, performance-driven business
* A workplace that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* If you're ready to step into a leadership role where your technical expertise and people skills truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

* Supportive and friendly team culture
* Company phone and laptop provided
* A role with real responsibility and impact
* Exposure to major projects across WA
